Chris Angel doesn't possess magical powers. Everything he does is a setup and most of the time the people he is doing the trick for are in on the whole thing and act surprised for the camera. With some of his trick it's easy to fool people so they are not always in on it, but either way it is not really magic. It is a trick.
So if you are asking if he could do it without staging anything the answer is no.
