I am 19, girl, at college. What should I be for Halloween?
Nothing too slutty! I don't want to spend too much money on a costume either.

You could go as a ghostbuster. That costume isn't used very much. Another idea is Mortitia from the Adams Family.

I still love the costume a co-worker used one year.
* She had a blue graduation gown but any blue garments would probably work.
* She stitched bunches of cotton balls here and there around the gown to look like clouds
* She carried a plant mister with water in it.
When you asked her what she was, she'd say: Partly cloudy (misted you) with a chance of showers!

My granddaughter just read your question. (of course, since she is only 8, I wouldn't let her say "slutty")
She says you should go as a witch. That is what she is dressing up as this year.

If you have a cute white dress then you could wear that and just buy a vail and one of those things the brides wear on their thighs. you dont have to be a dead bride.

Buy a cheap afro wig (approx. $7), spray-paint it pink, put pink make-up on, wear tan tights, and a pink shirt.
