This bloke i have been out on a few dates with has said to me, could you remove the stubble around your mouth as it is noticable and i am soft and smooth and i want you to be the same, what a weird thing to email someone about. I could not believe it, i honestly do not want to see him anymore and i am going to choose to ignore him. Who does he think he is. its so rude.

this may be a rude man, but it may also be a wake up call if you have stubble issues. then you might need a new way to address that.
if you do not have any stubble, ignore him. if he asks why, tell him it's not working out for you.

I would take that as an insult and a hint that he doesn't want to date you anymore. If he is not man enough to say what's on his mind in person, he's not worth your time in getting mad and wasting your time (and our's) asking this question that is not a question anyway.
