Most of the people there are innocent. Some have been sent there for crimes such as owning the wrong model of watch (one that has been used as a bomb timer), or have just been caught and handed over for bounties, and claimed to be terrorists, when in fact it was just somebody settling old scores. Even if they shot at the illegal invading coallition troops, there's nothing *wrong* with them doing that, and every gun owner in America would do the same thing if the US was being invaded.
If they are guilty, then why not try and convict them? The only possible reason not to is that either the US does not have the authority to do so, or they have not broken the law. In either case, they should be released.
Finally, if you support torture (which this is) *by* US troops, you support the torture *of* US troops. Next time a soldier is caught, do not cry for him when he is stripped naked and threatened with death.

They are still humans. For the wrong done, they will answer to God. But if they are abused, then their abusers will be the ones to answer to God.
Besides I love pork chops. But they should get a well balanced meal.

The average person should only eat 3000 caleries a day. Prisoners at Gitmo get 4200 caleries.

Never heard of 'Gitimo'. There's a prison nicknamed 'Gitmo' in Cuba, perhaps you're thinking of that one.
