Yes- the Internal Revenue Service. Start with the toll-free number- available in all 50 States- 1-800-859-1040. It will make a difference if you're a citizen of the U.S. or pardon the expression-"alien". Have a social security number in hand when you make the call (preferably your own!) Assistance will be provided. Now- wasn't that painless?

A great site to check out is www.rapidimmigration.com/usa/1 It will give explanations and step by step info. It is a complicated question --is it state, federal, personal, business I would go to sites on the Internet possibly a local community college would have a service in the library that you could ask about. Also most public libraries have the forms and instruction booklets to help you through or go to a service --check about free services through the library or community college. Best of Luck!

Depends on a lot of different things. Do you own a home? You can itemize or take the standard deduction. Filing single or jointly. If your really in the dark about it, it's best to hire someone like H & R block.

The tax guide put out by IRS is quite good. If not, the easiest way is to buy one of those tax software. Step by step, very easy to follow.

This is a complex question. Personal or biz. taxes? Do you own a home or no? I'd go to H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt.
