How can i prevent messages sent to OUTLOOKEXPRESS while I surf?

Either close your outloook program so it doesn't auto download or change your settings so it doesn't look for downloads for a specific amount of time. Default is to look every 3 minutes. I think you may also be able to set it so it doesn't look at all.
