The worst things for you in coke, are sugar and acids. Obviously, there is a ton of sugar in any soft drink. Carbonic acid corrodes the as well as some citric and phosphoric acid. Caffeine isn't too harmful except for being a bit addictive and can make a person a touch hyperactive.
