He wanted in on the looting of Iraq...I guess he was salivating at the thought of access to oil and power through alliance with the biggest terrorist gang of all, the US government...it seems it hasn't worked out as he had imagined!

Well, he'll be gone soon, and his legacy would always be the failed Iraq war anyway. Hopefully his replacement won't be so keen on randomly "reforming" everything in the hope something drastically improves, and gets remembered.
