Does it burn? Does it cause pain? Does it erupt, like come and go at odd times? Those are the signs your body is telling you about a problem.
If it is no to any of these questions, then if you are having a normal erection, doing and enjoying your masterbation, then continue.
Masterbation is actually good for your sex life. I would not be concerned about the excessiveness of this act. Just enjoy.

First consider your sexual exploits as of late to rule out potential infection, as a rash is very often a sign of a bacterial sexually transmitted disease, mainly Treponama palladum. As far as I know, chronic masturbation should not cause a rash but just in case, use a good lubricant for masturbation, if that doesn't work as you already are using a lubricant, change lubricant as it could be an allergic reaction. If in doubt, see a doctor. Good luck

If you are really worried about it, see a doctor.
If you are masturbating a lot, especially without a lubricant, it certainly could be the cause of the redness. Try not masturbating for a few hours and see if it gets better.
Any skin care product for rashes should help it, but masturbating with some of those products on it will make it worse.

It could be from excessive masturbation-you need to see a Dr. and he can prescribe a cream to clear it up. If you don't want to see a Dr. about it keep your hands off-it will clear up for after a while on its own! I think its best to see a Dr. though, just in case its something else!

i think you have blemishes. im guessing you're a teenager, very common. you're probably trying to say that the "rash" looks redder when you're doing your thing -- it's because blood is rushing all over your body, therefore it looks "redder" and no, masturbation is not the culprit.
solution: take showers daily (if not twice a day), buy those over the counter kit -- cleanser, toner, and medication in one box, and use them. they're usually effective.

try and leave it alone for awhile, you could put a small amount of a and d lotion around the area, if it doesnt go away, see your doctor, or just let that area dry up

Possibly you are not washing it good enough. You should also have it checked by a doctor just to be safe. You really shouldn't be embarrassed by it, people have had worse things than that.
