Milk is an excellent source of Calcium for increasing bone mass, particularly if it has vitamin D added.
My recommendation to my female patients is that beginning in their teens they get 1000 mg of calcium daily from all sources (figure out what is coming from the diet and then supplement up to that level), and that after menopause they increase that amount to 1500 mg daily.

Calcium is supposed to build strong bones and milk is a good source of calcium. I've never heard that it might actually weaken them. I don't think that's true. You cna also take a supplement, too for calcium. Milk: does a body good!

you do not desire milk in besides to make your bones extra desirable; particularly the different easily. Milk from animals can sometimes leach calcium from our bones, because of the fact it is quite not meant to be in our bodies, and we are actually not meant to drink breast milk previous the weaning age. yet for some reason our society believes we like it. I advise attempting some milk possibilities, like almond, soy, or coconut milk. i in my opinion like almond milk; it has lots extra calcium and is extra healthy for you than dairy milk. you additionally can attempt issues like orange juice, steamed or sauteed vegetables, the bones in canned salmon is oddly an stunning source of calcium, uncooked broccoli, tofu, and lots of, many extra. i desire I helped. :)
