Has anyone ever said "consider yourself warned" to you?
I've heard people say it on TV and movies, but never in real life until a little bit ago. How retarded WAS that guy?

Yeah. A moderator at a website, and my mom. I think a teacher too. That's dorky. I say it for fun sometimes.

I would keep an eye on that "guy". It sounds as if his warnings are over, anything that brings the issue to the surface again could result in consequences.

At some point in your life you should heed warnings although, I say it to my kids all the time and they still look surprised.

It would depend on what context it was being used,is it a threat?
Is the person telling you not to say something again ? Not being retarded,I would say they are telling you to watch it.
