You could use Blogger.com, LiveJournal.com, WordPress.org -- or various other sites like Yahoo! 360, etc.
Just create an account, pick a template and you can begin posting. I could give you some tips if you wanted to e-mail me about getting a custom template or modifying a default or custom template with a web design tool like Dreamweaver.
