People have said this guy might be doing this to me. Whenever I look up and happen to meet eyes with him he'll just give me this really serious look and I almost always have to look away first. What exactly does this look like when a guy stares you down. And what does he want you to do. If this is what he's doing to you? And does this mean he thinks you're pretty?

Try not to judge him too harshly.
Men sometimes like to look at girls because they think they're attractive.
He might be giving you a compliment.
