& if my cell has a gprs connection, then how to acces it?

GPRS has nothing to do with Bluetooth. If your cellphone is smart, it will connect to the Internet via Bluetooth using your existing connection on your PC (DSL, cable, whatever).
I use ActiveSync to connect via USB cable and sometimes via Bluetooth. Although I prefer WiFi which is faster (and does NOT depend on my PC). It all depends on your phone's capabilities.

turn on ur bluetooth on both the devices,,,
there shud be an option on the pc, that can access internet with the help of the bluetooth device,,,, try to find it,, and u will be able to access internt,,,

You cannot use the internet on your cell phone to access the interent from your computer.
