Patience and tolerance, kindness and compassion, humor and forgiveness, strength and humility: these are some of the qualities that I think we need to be all that we can be as human beings. It is not that these will make us "good", but they will help us to be open to change and growth, and most of all, to the possibility of living in peace.

The best qualities that makes somebody a good person is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance:
Against such qualities there is no law. Am not talking of an angel, but a man with flesh and bones.

I believe that a good person is someone who would never intentionally hurt another being, someone who is considerate. Following the last 5 of the 10 Commandments would achieve that:
5. Honor your father and your mother
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10. You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.
Basically treat others the way you want to be treated. Do no harm.

When they reach those moments in life where there is a choice between right and wrong they choose right the majority of the time. For instance it is the difference between a person who tries to avoid hitting an animal that crosses their cars path and a person who speeds up and tries to hit the animal.

someone who would stick by me through the good and the bad times, who would suckerd punch me in the face jst to let me know i am doing somethng wrong (or yellng)...cos they care.someone who would take me to have ice cream when im having a bad day and listen to me while i vent. someone who would text me a message..just because...someone i can go shopping with. tanning with who is honest and let me know that i serious do need to lose some weight. honestly,loyal,fair,....
