Trigonometric functions have no dimensions. They are pure numeric functions.

By convention, trigonometric angles are in radians which are also pure numbers. Trigonometric functions may also be stated in degrees or mils, which are just other measures of angle. A radian is equal to pi/180 degrees or pi/200 mils.
