Yeah well my messenger kind of screwed up, like the strap part. I was wondering if a wire tie with Tensile Strength of 18 pounds be able to hold my current weight of 10 pound messenger. I put 2 wire straps but im not sure if it would be able to keep hold of the strap? I left it on a door all last night and the didnt break.

Do you think it will hold off if i put 4 wire ties?

Wire ties have a lot of strength, they use them for hand cuffs. They come in different sizes though.
