I like this boy but i'm only 12. I feel really crazy about him. He knows I like him and he likes a girl. Could the girl he likes possibly be me? He also occurs to be my 3rd best friend.

ask him who he likes, and if he doesnt tell you, it is possible that he likes you, and is too embarassed to say! just bring it up casually in conversation
