Mars has an abundance of carbon dioxide in its atmosphere and it can still be quite cold there since it is farther away from the Sun than we are. Methane is also a greenhouse gas but it does not warm up celestial bodies that far out in space. However the temperatures on Venus are soaring and can melt lead. It has a ton of greenhouse gases but isn't really not that much closer to the Sun than earth is. If we switched atmospheres with Venus and gave it all our nitrogen instead the temperature should not be able to melt lead there.

The sun is just a really bright star at Neptune. Not much solar radiation to trap. There is plenty of methane there though.

Umm, Neptune is a different planet than ours, there is no global warming there, because there are no destructive, selfish, stupid numans.
