The state of California has a wage garnishment against me. Not for child support or debt collectors. I'm sure its back regisrtation charges.

Contact whoever does your payroll. They'll have that information. If they don't, for whatever reason, quit your job and go somewhere else! Then contact the state of California to find out.

Start with your human resource department. They handle the garnishments.
