When you have trouble getting to sleep, lie on your back and take 8 deep breaths, making sure that you breath in and out evenly and smoothly, then turn onto your right side and take 16 breaths in the same manner, finally turn onto your left side and take 32 breaths in this way; you should be asleep before you reach the end of the sequence. Really concentrate on the rhythm of your breathing; it does work because I've tried it!
