6'3"...if this height disturbs you, then you can try making her walk for 3 hours a day with very heavy books on her head.

Actually all the previous posters are incorrect ; when a girl starts her menses does indeed have something to do with how tall she will be..If she is 5 feet four inches at 11 then it is likely that she will only grow about two or so more inches after starting her period.(this is NOT set in stone it is merely a guideline)
This has everything to do with how tall her family members are and when they started their periods; however,it must be noted that fat holds estrogen so chubby girls who do not get much exercise will start before thinner girls who diet to a ridiculous degree or muscular girls that are physically active.

there is no way of telling. Girls usually stop growing by the age of 17...so she still has time. Also, how tall are you and your husband? That usually can indicate some level of heigth too. If she eats right and gets exercise, she has the potential to grow more. But seriously, being tall isn't everything. Downplay it to you daughter, focus on the traits she has now that are great!

You really being silly now. Her basic and general health NOT her height is important. Her height is important ONLY to you.
Just be a good parent knock off your goals.
