How can i find an affordable master degree abroad?

i have BA in advertising and public relations and i want to have MA degree in the same major from a good university outside the middle east (in english), i found some univeristies but they are very expensive for me, any ideas?

Some schools offer scholarships, especially if you are a foreign student.
