Try to write better. I mean your question is very confusing. I can just imagine how confusing a letter will be, if you wrote it! Not trying to be insulting by any means. You need to have better writing skills so you can get your ideas across better. That, or have someone who is a good writer write your letters for you so that the guy can understand what you are trying to communicate.
