You can check yourself with a marble. If it rolls, they are not level. Try it from different places in the room. Put a small piece of flat wood, or a book down first if on carpet.
Who to call to fix depends on what the problem is. If you also notice that doors don't close or you have cracks in plaster on the walls or ceiling you have a problem with the foundation settling. You may need to get the house jacked up or replace a footer. Call a foundation company.
If you don't have those, maybe the problem is just uneven floors. A tile or flooring contractor can do it.
If you are up to it, you can buy a floor leveling compound at your local home improvement store. They can help you with how to apply it to the sub floors.

A rolling marble will tell you if your floors aren't level, but a 4 foot spirit level will tell you by how much.Whether you should correct the problem depends on your project, the reason for the problem,or whether the settling is continuing.Crack in walls can be monitored by putting pieces of tape across them and observing any movement in the tape. If the cracks widen or get smaller in the winter and wider in the summer, you should consult a structural engineer.

Drink more or less as needed to correct the floor problem Uncle Ritchie. If there are no noticable horizontal cracks in your foundation, and you have no water leaks, then I wouldn't let it bother me. What makes you think the floors are out of level?

A modular home contractor will have like a water level to check level. You can also make one from clear plastic hose and PVC pipe. Then you just add water to the PVC. Then you will need floor jacks and adjust as needed. Just go to a place that sells manufactured homes and ask to see theirs. The person who installs them is the person who would have one. It is really a very simple device and costs very little to make.
