if you're naturally the 'out going' and friendly type then its simply a matter of being yourself. Developing any sort of relationship will depend in part on the other persons nationality as well as 'their' personality.Sometimes the effort will make you question why you even bother to try. People most oft as not will sense you are genuine but it helps if you can just be yourself. If they don't appreciate you for who 'you' are then they're probably not worth the time and effort.

Say two sentences
1) Rishte may hum tumhare baap lagte hai
2) May tujhe itna maruga key tere saat peedhi gunjee hoayegee
Or say this
''inchekley pinchenkley
Putlee gully se nickeley'
...........and the person will be friend for life.
This is an indian Voo Doo trick which works very well when the person you want as friend is standing before you. Try it on an indian
and see the magic

well..get into a community like myspace.com, you dont need invitation for that! or friendster, or msn spaces.

you can try orkut but mostly there are brazilians and pakistanis and you will need an invitation. but surelly you will find people from other countries. and then when u go traveling you can meet those people.

or you can try to study in other countries. ask for that in ur school

good luck! :)
