It will be on search engine but probably hard to find the people that have their site near the first top search usually pay more for their site their for will get better views.

You can submit to the search engines and you can build a great website that search engines will find. SEO is a very fluid process. Successful websites have optimized their site so much that search engines find them and consistently rank them high.

Google the information. Their are 100's of company's that do just that. Be careful! Some of them are ripoffs. It can cost as much as you want to pay.
