Take a train to Bath Spa then walk into the centre. There is a key-cutting and shoe repair shop in The Corridor, a beautiful covered arcade that was bombed in 1974 by the IRA.
Otherwise, try a shoe-repair shop cobblers in London. Which was bombed last year. Your call.

Any branch of Timpsons or cobblers/key cutters in general. I've bought some myself from Timpsons and if you're anywhere near Shepherds Bush, the key cutter in the W12 centre.

Thoes funny little ironmonger shops where you can get keys cut usually sell them.
Whoever invented thoes colour caps is a genius. I would lose precious minutes of my life without them.

Most key kiosks do them and most certainly any locksmith. I usually paint the heads of my keys and it works great.
