Pain is absolutely normal. Especially after thirty weeks. It just means the baby is getting bigger. It is beginning to get into position and as the days go by the baby has less and less room so it feels tighter which causes pain. The back is always a normal pain in pregnancy. I am forty weeks today so its my due date and still nothing. I have had pains since like my thirty second week so don't worry, everything is OK. The only thing you need to worry about is discharge along with pain that's when you need to worry.

It sounds like the baby is starting to drop which increases pressure on your belly and spine, it could also be pressing on you sciatica nerve, which goes down in the cheek into your leg and that can be extremely painful. You might want to call your doctor and describe those symptoms just to be on the safe side.

It may be normal for you. Rest on a hard bed a lot, and if the kicking stops or you have a bloody show, get to the doctor.

What kind of pain is it? Is it sharp? If it is, then its the ligament that are pulling and cause alot of pain. If it like period pains, then you should get checked just to make sure cause otherwise that could be the uterus growing.

It's just strain from the pregnancy. Try putting a pillow behind your back when you sit and sleep with a body pillow.

It sounds normal to me. All that extra weight puts a lot of stress on your back. Ask your doctor to be safe.
