I went to the control panel to try to change my password and couldn't do it. Why not?

Go to "my account" (above), you'll have then the option to change your password as your whole profile. Or you could just create another youhoo id, if that doesn't work.

login as the main administrator
and change the user id password
restart the pc keep tapping the F8,key
as it is starting up then load up to safe mode then hit enter then hit enter again your see a lot of tex on screen wait for it to loadup to the login screen then click on the administrator id then go to the control panel and click on user accounts then click on your user account id reset the password then restart the pc then wait for it to loadup to the login screen then log back in to your user account and with your new password

try this go to controlpanel there go to user information then press passwords n then it starts a console go through that u ll b asken with ur old password n new password give both of them it will work ok
