What are the best Rose varieties for Eugene, Oregon?

I keep getting white powder mildew so gave up having roses. I sure miss them.

Go to Jackson and Perkins they are right down the road from you and are the premium supplier of roses in the northwest.

Try Knock Out roses. They are more disease resistant than most other roses. Only problem--they're so new they only come in 2 or 3 colors. The red are nice.
