IN the vagina?Soap? Not a good combination.
You'll end up dry. Itchy.Even commercial douches arent for everyday.
Soap every day OUTSIDE the vagina? Great.
If you are having a problem, odor, anything, see your doctor for help.
This seems a little overconcern for general hygiene. May need some general information from your doctor just to relieve your concern.
Your current habit will not stop a pregnancy if that is your concern.
Go see your doctor and talk to him/her.

Cleansing your vagina everyday is important. Using a mild soap will not hurt you in anyway. It will not dry you out. What else would you use? You must cleanse this daily to avoid odor. However douching will disrupt your body's natural cleansing of secretions , so this is not recommended. But washing daily will a mild soap is recommened. Nothing with alot of perfumes or anything like that., because they can irritated you vagina.

The use of 'soap' is not a good idea at all as soaps contain a variety of chemicals which can create problems (on your insides).
As others have suggested, seek medical advice. However, I'm curious as to 'why you seem to think you need to do this so frequently' anyway!

Washing with soap every day just as far in as you can easily reach with a washcloth on your hand and rinsing well will do you no harm. Some studies have theorized that using powder on your privates routinely is a health risk, but ordinary washing is safe, I believe.

The vagina is the most efficient self cleaning part of the
body women have !!! your husband right in a way, heavily
scented soap is not good, a good shower gel will give all
over freshness. Unless you have any discharge..let
Nature take its course !!

Do you mean in your vagina or labia?? I've never heard of anyone actually washing inside with soap. I know they say douching isn't very good so I would imagine soap isn't good either, but I'm sure it won't make you grow fibers only plants grow fiber.

You may get thrush if the soap is fragranced.
Try using something like Dove extra sensitive but dont go inside with it.
Good luck x

You not going to get "fibres" so tell you husband not to worry. But continued use of soap will cause drying out and make intercourse uncomfortable and then he will be disappointed when you won't want to to do it.

Am I the only woman who doesn't wash INSIDE my vagina then? Why would you do that? I know it's prone to yeast infections because of the damp conditions but it's supposed to be damp. It's part of your insides so it seems as strange as washing your throat with soap to me.
