When some of their 'big name' players start to realise that they have to perform week in - week out , and not just when they come up against glamorous opposition.
I can see now why the other premiership chairmen agreed to let Southgate take over at boro despite not having the full licences and qualifications.

Southgate is a good player but is a novice as a manager , very difficult for boro this season.
