Let your parents know what she is doing to you. If she leaves bruises show them those. If your parents wont help let a school councilor know whats going on. You shouldn't feel threatened in your own home. I grew up with a physically abusive older brother and my parents never believed me. He would threaten me if I didn't lie to my parents and tell them I was the one who had misbehaved. I never thought of showing them the bruises he left from punching me on my arms and legs. Once I showed my mom them, things changed a lot. Don't allow someone to miss treat you that way. By allowing this to go on now can lead to serious issues for you later on in life, ie relationships with men or women. Good luck and don't give up. She has no right to treat you badly and you do not deserve it.

Since this is the wrestling section, you should wait till she comes in your room next and set her up with some sweet chin music (kick to the chin) and then a chokeslam when she's about to fall (just watch some wrestling if u dont know) and then pick her up and don a pedigree on her. She should leave you alone after that.

You don't say if your parents will do anything if they see her being mean to you-- IF you can count on them to defend you if they see her doing things to you like punching you, etc., then stay away from her all day long whenever possible-- unless you are in the car together or sitting at dinner together. In that case SIT RIGHT NEXT TO HER and if she is mean to you then scream bloody murder. Your parents will see and they will (I hope anyway) punish her for hurting you.
To recap: Don't let her near you if parents aren't around. If they are there then stand or sit right next to her so she will either be mean to you and get in trouble, or so she WON'T be mean to you so she won't get in trouble.
