Above your penis? Can you be more descriptive? Anyway, it sounds like you are masturbating too much. Take a break, and then limit the frequency to between one and five times per week. Good luck!

Ist f all u stop masturbation.
There may b some prostate problem or ur urethra may b crushed due to frequent masturbations.
Pain is due to rupture of urethra....
If pain is near d testis den it may b due to prostrate problem.
Get checked by a doc.
