There has been research lately showing a corrolation between chronic fatigue and a lack of vitamin D. If you do not spend regular time in the sun, this may have some bearing. This can also be caused by adrenal problems. Check out New Roots new product Chill Pill. Among other ingredients, there is plenty of astragulus which is great for adrenals. Enzymatic Therapy has an awesome multi vitamin formula specifically designed for chronic fatigue. Ensure that you are getting lots of exercise (I know that's hard to do with such a problem), less stress, fresh air, and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

Yes, i know it can be caused by many different illnesses. I hope you have seen a doctor. Meanwhile, I highly recommend cutting caffeine almost if not entirely out of your diet, drink plenty of water, exercise, (the last thing you feel like doing but very important! even a walk around Walmart!), and find healthy ways to deal with stress.
