dont act the part, be the part! if you have to cry in a scene then think of a time in your life when you cried and relive it!

having a personality disorder, an eating disorder and fear of abandonment because of absent father syndrome. okay...i am just kidding. but i have always wondered if perhaps people are so good at acting because they are hiding from their true selves..or because maybe they have no concept of who they really are?
