Better aquarium stores will be able to order you a mud skipper. In Ontario i would suggest you contact Aquarium Services.

mud skippers are generally found in the estuarine water in the river banks or sometimes in costal delta. they are found in the hot & humid areas of the world. you should look for it in the mangrove forests of India. what r u going to do with it by the way ? please let me know. thank you

I've never seen them at a pet shop. Try an online store - I've seen them at http://www.franksaquarium.com/brackishwater_fish_farm.htm

I've heard good things about the store, but haven't bought from them myself.
