*Ghost- Wear a white sheet
*Dice- Color or paint a big box to look like dice
*Fork- wrap aluminum foil around and spike hair in four places
*Little Girl- Pigtails, overalls, big socks, tennis shoes, lollipop, etc
*Transsexual- Long baggy t shirt or jersey, baggy pants, backwards baseball hat
*Goth- Wear all black, long chains, die hair black, and use really heavy black makeup.

Hefty bag + white gloves = california raisin
overalls + straw hat + face paint = scare crow
for a small child, large pants with hole cut out for head + shirt on bottom with tie sewn to it + socks and shoes on hands + mittens on feet = upside-down-man
