I know its not a normal chassis - thats because its a field bike and never been registered on the road. Frame 3DB001638, Engine 3DB001652

It is a dirt bike and you will not get it licensed for the road. Yamaha used to put the year as part of the model number in the yoke part where the fork goes through the frame. I have not owned a Yamaha since 1976, but that is where it was then.

The best thing to do would be to get in touch with Yamaha who should help as they should have it on a data base. Hope this helps other wise DVLA?
