what is this?

im 13 years old and whenever i get a cough i always seam to get an icthy chin, i no this might sound strange but its true ive had it since i was a young child!.I think it might be a nerve or somthing like that but im not sure so if you could help me to understand what this is and why it happens then i would be so greatfull

I am sorry you are "so scared." If you have had this for years it is clearly not going to kill you. We are all different. When I sleep my nose makes a whistling popping noise..does not bother me but it drives my husband crazy...if your chin itches then scratch it. You'll be fine.
