What is a good export setting for a movie in adobe premiere 6.0?

i have a 10 min movie and it have to be under 100 MB for youtube. Can you help me!!! Thanks!

There is no hard and fast rule over this the efficency of the compression depends on the films content - the surest way is reduce the output size. I use mpg 1 (for maximum playability)and that can bring stuff in at 5 megs a minute. WMV's are also very good
