My husband has just been diagnosed with low sperm count. Everything I find tells me about it, not our options of how to still conceive. Anyone know of any sites that will spell out our different options?

It depends on the severity & other factors in the semen analysis.

Has he repeated the test? Was he sick in the months before the test? Has a urologist examined him?

In any case, he can take lycopene (found in cooked tomatoes or a multivitamin), switch to boxers & avoid very hot showers.

From mild to extreme, the options are:
Do nothing, just takes longer (e.g., borderline count)
IUI (low count, good motility)
IVF or IVF with ICSI (very few "good" sperm cells or failed IUI's)
Donor Sperm (also done with IUI)

You can find concise, easy-to-understand information on the site below.
