Eat 2or 3 eggs per meal, increase your pasta, bread, potato intake (not recommending fast food) and eat some meat in your meals. A glass of 2% milk is a good choice too, but you have to do curls, triceps extensions, bench presses, squats, calve raises, dead lifts and use a fairly heavy weight (so you can only do 10-15 reps) and ask someone on how to do them. But the first week before lifting, tone up by using high reps and light weight. And if your going heavy, lift every 2-3 days.

Start eating a lot of pastas and meats. While you are trying to gain weight, also work out so that the fat you are gaining turns into muscle. Don't get discouraged if you are not successful for a while, it will probably take a few months to start seeing anything...

You must be really tall. I am 120 pounds at 5'6, and I not really skinny. But, try going to GNC or talk with your doctor about gaining weight, but be careful....as you get older you will naturally start putting on the weight and it will be hard to get/keep it off.

Forget muscles. You have to eat a lot to gain some chubby in you and make your body in normal shape. Then you can go body-building and all that.

Eating more carbs/fattening foods will put some weight on you, or it does for many others. You may be like I was at that age. It didnt matter what I ate, I didnt gain any weight. But you can try doing that, and lift weights.

It is highly unlikely that you can change your body shape drastically. If your parents are skinny, you are likely to be skinny. You can do weight lifting to build muscle, but skinny people tend to hurt themselves weightlifting, so I would advise against it.
