I assume so. He is so much truer to the conservative ideals of the Republicans than most. He has a 100 out of 100 rating for 2005 from the American Conservative Union.
If you are trying to say that all conservatives are racist because of the macaca comment, I have personally heard the n-word that blacks hate out of the mouth from Robert Byrd. I heard the negative shot that Hillary Clinton took on Indians.
BTW, from what I understand, macaca is spanish for clown. He used the comment to taunt a Webb supporter that was following him around and heckling. I would have called him something else.

Definition of conservative is a person who believes in government rule by an elite and for the benefit of the elite. If that's his philosophy, then he's a true conservative.
