We have been dating for three years, and i know worlds of things about him, and he has retained none of my likes or dislikes??? He likes to moutian bike and eat susi, none of which are appealing to me, but i do them, to admit it the moutian biking thing i hav gotten kind of in to, but I gag through a mean of susi just because i know how much he likes it, for him, he knows i hate it but still takes me there. I have droped a million hints...basicly telling him, "I would like to go there" I would like to do this" but he doesn't pick up on it, if it doesn't intrest him, he just writes it off. I have given 100% of my self, trying to get in to what he likes, and he gives none of that back, he couldn't even think of one thing that would make me happy....what do i do??...

I have, and he just keeps saying that he doesn't know what i like, and that i should drop another hint, which mean's basicly just tell him what i want, when that defets the purpous of doing something special for some one, come on...3 years, he should kno what restarunt to take me to, or what movie to rent, its like it's a one sided realtionship!...

That is a realy good idea! but we have kind of done that already, kind of made a dummy profile on plenty of fish.com and it was realistic intrests of mine, and I got like a billion hits. He still didn't get it, he keeps tellign me that I am boreing and i have no intrests, i have done m fair shair of fishing, boating, working on his car, and don;t get me wrong i love that stuff, spending time with him and him teaching me, but its like he doesn't relize that I am his girlfriend, just thinks that I am a friend, and we just happen to have sex and live together...???

Its just so hard, he gets me emotionaly, we have staied up talking till 4 in the morning about polotics and religion with no fights, we never fight, everything else is perfect, It just seems like he doesn't want to give, just wants me to become what he wants in a girlfriend and he doesn't want to experance anything out of his box... but that is what he accuses me of doing to get me to do his out door stuff...."If its anything althletic or out doors you don't want to do it"...mean while i like stuff like that..grrrrr...I am just so fustrated!!!!!

Men don't read minds! There are 3 ways to get a man's attention: sex, food (or alcohol), and a 2X4 right between the eyes. Take the last option and tell him what you want. Good Luck...

Take care of uno always never allow yourself to give give and no take...Take a break from this individual, I sense that he has simply taken you for granted feeling you put up with this and never seek another. Its not worth it if you both cant find a medium (a happy medium).. Take time off, and see others, dont write him off complely. He's guilty of taking you for granit is all.

Do a PowerPoint presentation with all the stuff you'd like him to know, and post it on the Internet.You'll get a zillion hits, and he'll get the message.
