Musharraf has not helped with the fight of the terrorists as he has promised.He continues to hide bin laden in Pakistan and refuses to let Afhganistan or the us to come into their country to get him.Bush and Kazai simply laid down a few laws to Musharraf.It was long overdue.Hope this helped.
