I know spraying is easier but cutting in a coupler is extremely easy or using a fernco fitting. try those and you won't have to return to the repair again

There is no product to spray-fix a leak in PVC. The best bet would be to cut out the section where the leak is and replace it. Wrapping it "real" good with Duct Tape will hold for awhile. You have to put it on real good and extend at least 6" to either side of the leak. Put it on at least three times. Depending on how much pressure is in the line determines how long it will last.

How bout using Numetal epoxy putty by KBS. It doesn't spray but you mold it and does an excellent job of adhering to pvc pipe and stopping leaks. See link.

They sell a kit at Home Depot that includes a gauze-like tape and some gum-like material. You spread the "gum" over the leak then soak the guaze and wrap it around the area. Works like a charm. Not exactly a spray, but works really well.

you need to take it apart and clean it and then re glue it. a tempory fix is to use plumbers putty placed around the leak. then duct tape around the pipe sealing it. This is only a tempory fix until you can get it taken care of correctly.
