I never weigh myself...I know some people that do 2 or 3 times a day...how many times do you?

I used to weigh myself every morning just after waking up. Then once I weighed myself after I went for my morning run...I weighed more! Now, I do it once in awhile (first thing after my morning pee) but mostly rely on if my pants are too tight or not....just don't do it and feel like you need to report it to someone else every day, my ex used to do that and it was stupid since I didn't care and couldn't remember all the numbers and whether my response was supposed to be good or bad...

Every Monday morning right after I wake up for consistent numbers. That way I know that eating, drinking, or the clothing I am wearing isn't effecting the numbers on the scale. I can accurately keep track of any weight gain or loss.

I weigh myself like once a wekk sumtyms i dotn even do it for a whole month i dotn think it is healthy to weigh yourself every day you might not like the results you get and ti isnt healthy to do that

truly I learned in the am is best and yes I do this every morn but I should not.. I work out and sometimes muscle fat can be heavier and you think you gained weight so I say maybe one time per week same day and time am is best...

close to never, i dont care about my weight, its not ur weight you should be woried about, its how much fat you have, cuz fat weighs less then muscle, so if ur like me and you weigh alot but i doesnt show then theres no need in checking ur weight everyday
