when idling the compressor will quick cycle and high pressure will go up to 300+trucks not overheating replaced clutch cycling switch and fan clutch noticed fan clutch quits at idle

It looks like you already answered your question. The fan clutch will slow down at idle but not stop the fan. Replace it.

wash out the radator and condencer at the self servivce car wash we've seen quite a few clogged up cooling tubes that will prevent hot air from getting to the fan clutch. And symptom you describe. And the overly high head pressure you are getting. 20 to 30 psi low side and 185 to 235 high side are about normal after you get air to flow again
